Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains how order cancellations are handled and what options are available depending on the fulfillment status of your order.

1. Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders

If your order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled, you may request a cancellation at any time by contacting our customer service through any available support channel.

In such cases, you will receive a 100% full refund of the amount you have paid. There will be no cancellation fees applied for orders that have not entered the shipping process.

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, the order will be canceled immediately and the refund process will be initiated.

2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once an order is in transit, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

However, you may still be eligible to initiate a return process after the package has been delivered. To do this, you should follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer service team for further assistance and guidance on how to proceed with a return request.

3. Refund Process

Processing Time: After your cancellation request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to alternative payment methods.

Once the refund has been processed on our end, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
