Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting customer support.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM (local warehouse time) on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Time
Once the order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as logistics conditions, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping Fees
Orders under $99.99: A shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied.
Orders of $99.99 or more: Eligible for free shipping.
Order Tracking
You can track your order status by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details. Tracking updates will be provided once the shipment has been processed by the carrier.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order.
After this time period, your order may already be in processing or shipping stages, and we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible.
