Order Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)
Regardless of the reason for canceling an order before it has been processed and shipped, we fully understand your situation and provide unconditional support for eligible cancellations. If the order has not yet entered the shipping stage, we will issue a 100% full refund.
Once the cancellation request is approved, the order will be canceled immediately and the refund process will begin.
